我国工民建工程在不断地发展进步的同时,在施工中所存在的问题与挑战也随之诞生。其中工民建工程中的渗漏问题不但影响了住户正常的生活,还干扰了物业的管理。提高工民建的防渗漏技术,有利于企业自身效益的提高,更有利于国家社会效益的实现。本文介绍了工民建中的渗漏问题出现的原因,提出了一些重点部位的防渗漏的施工要点以及防渗漏技术管理,提高相关人员对建筑渗漏问题的重视。
