对空气-水两相混合物在折流板壳管式换热器壳侧沿水平方向横掠垂直管束的截面含气率及摩擦压降进行了实验研究。试验表明,截面含气率的测量值小子均相模型的预测值,且随质量流速的增加而增大,提出了一种新的截面含气率的计算模型。试验发现,两相摩擦因子能很好地与马蒂内利参数关联,并与流型有关。
The gas-bearing ratio and frictional pressure drop of the cross-section vertical tube bundles of air-water two-phase mixture in the baffle shell and tube heat exchanger shell side were experimentally studied. The experimental results show that the predicted value of the cross-section gas-bearing ratio is the predicted value of the small-homogeneous model, and increases with the increase of the mass flow rate. A new calculation model of the gas-bearing ratio is proposed. The experiment found that the two-phase friction factor can be well correlated with the Martinelli’s parameters and related to the flow pattern.
