通过对循环流化床结构和炉内温度动态特性的分析,分别建立了炉膛、旋风分离器和外置床内的氧气体积分数平衡方程、动态床料量平衡方程、动态残碳量平衡方程和动态能量平衡方程,给出了以给煤量、一次风风量、二次风风量、排渣量和飞灰量作为输入变量的动态模型.基于四川白马电厂300MW循环流化床锅炉的现场数据,利用Matlab软件对该动态模型进行仿真,得到了一次风风量和给煤量阶跃扰动下床温的响应情况.结果表明:仿真结果与实际运行数据较吻合,可以很好地反映输入参数发生变化时床温的动态响应情况.
Through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of CFB structure and furnace temperature, the equilibrium equations of oxygen volume, dynamic bed material balance equation, dynamic residual carbon balance equation and dynamic Energy balance equation, a dynamic model of feed-in quantity, primary air volume, secondary air volume, slag discharge volume and fly ash volume is given as input variables.Based on the field data of 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler in Baima Power Plant of Sichuan Province, Matlab software was used to simulate the dynamic model and get the response of air volume and coal bed temperature disturbed by step disturbance.The results show that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual operating data and can well reflect the change of input parameters Dynamic response to bed temperature.
