“理解教育”有“三句话”即“理解学生教在心灵”;“理解老师、勤学奋进”;“理解自己,塑造人生”。“理解学生,教在心灵”指的是要善解人意,解读学生心灵,在帮助中激励学生的情感因素,从而最终克服困难。“理解老师,勤学奋进”是指学生要体会教师教学的辛苦,从而和老师建立起平等相处的人际关系,将自己心目中的快乐和苦闷与老师分担。“理解自己,塑造人生”是指师生在理解对方的基础上更深刻地开掘自己,不断规划和实现自己的美好人生。
“Understanding education” has “three sentences” that “to understand the students teach in the heart”; “to understand the teacher, diligently forging ahead”; “to understand ourselves and create life.” “Understanding students, teaching in the soul” refers to understanding the emotions, interpreting the students ’minds and stimulating students’ affective factors in help, so as to finally overcome the difficulties. “Understanding a teacher and working hard to forge ahead” means that students should appreciate the hard work of teaching teachers so as to establish an equal relationship with their teachers and share the happiness and anguish with their teachers. “Understanding oneself and shaping one’s life” means that teachers and students dig oneself more deeply on the basis of understanding each other and constantly plan and realize their own beautiful life.
