作为一项重大交通基础设施建设工程,参建人员来自五湖四海,不少党员远离本单位,学习教育滞后,党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用得不到有效发挥。如何在高速公路施工一线建立健全党的基层组织,发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用成为重要党建课题。郑州至民权高速公路通过成立在建高速公路临时党委,充分发挥临时党委作用,把党建工作做到施工一线。对基层党建工作有了一次新的尝试。
As a major transportation infrastructure project, the participants are from all corners of the globe. Many party members are far away from their own units. Learning and education are lagging behind. The fighting role of party organizations and the vanguard and exemplary role of party members have not been effectively demonstrated. How to establish and improve grass-roots party organizations at the frontline of expressway construction, play a role as a fighting fortress for grass-roots party organizations, and serve as a vanguard and exemplary role for party members have become important party building topics. Zhengzhou to Civil Rights Expressway through the establishment of a temporary party in highway construction, give full play to the role of an interim party, the party construction to do the construction line. There has been a new attempt at party building in grassroots units.
