麦草资源丰富、来源广泛,用麦草栽培平菇各地均有报道。但多数采用培养料高压灭菌或者堆制发酵并添加多菌灵等农药来实现,费时费工,能源消耗多,劳动强度大,且农药残留严重。也有人曾用麦草生料栽培平菇,但因添加氮源,使培养料污染严重而导致失败,或因之而不敢添加氮源结果使平菇产量不甚理想而放弃。本文通L_9(3~4)的正交试验,对麦草生料栽培平菇技术进行初步探讨,现将结果报道如下。1 材料与方法1.1 供试验菌株 F法(原代号SOMYCEL 3032),学名 Pleurotus ostreatus来源于法国。1995年3月由丹麦哥本哈根大学农学院引入我国。1.2 试验设计 该试验是一个L_9(3~4)的正交试验,其因子及水平组合排列如下表1所示。培养料基本配方为麦草85%、玉米粉15%,培养料含水量70%,pH值8~9,每袋装培养料干重350g。于1996年10月 4日进行。
Wheat grass is rich in resources, extensive sources, with mushrooms cultivated mushrooms have been reported throughout.
