在X射线相分析中,为了分析钢或合金中少量的第二相,就需要把这些少量的相(包括氧化夹杂物)从钢或合金的基体中分离出来,制成粉末状试样。分离的方法有酸溶法、卤素法及电解法等。酸溶法是在室温下用稀酸溶解试样的车屑,可以分离出较稳定的相。卤素法是用碘酒精法或溴-醋酸酸酯法处理样品,有某些相被侵蚀。因此除特殊情况外,一般都采用电解分离法,并用酸处理作为电解出的各相混合物残渣进行再分离的辅助条件。以下就电解法作些简介:
