采用SYSWELD模拟软件对X70管线焊接进行数值模拟,建立了体积组合热源分析模型,确定热物理参数变化规律,模拟计算出焊缝区焊接应力变形的分布规律,求得应力变形最危险位置,为探索管线焊接规律提供了有益的帮助。
The software SYSWELD was used to simulate the welding of X70 pipeline. The volumetric heat source analysis model was established to determine the variation of thermal physics parameters. The distribution of welding stress and deformation was simulated and the most dangerous position of stress and strain was obtained. Pipe welding rules provide useful help.
