1999年7月,应法国奥纳省省长的邀请,由北京市14个区县公费医疗办公室负责人组成的北京市医疗保险制度考察团一行15人对法国的医疗保险制度进行了专项考察。 通过这次考察,我们系统全面地了解了法国的医疗保险制度的历史与现状及其管理法则,参观了该国的保险公司、医院、诊所、零售药店,并结合北京市医疗保险制度改革的实际与法国同行们就有关问题进行了探讨,特别是对国际医疗保险制度中普遍存在的共性问题有了进一步的了解。
In July 1999, at the invitation of Governor of Ona Province, France, 15 people from Beijing Medical Insurance System Investigation Team, composed of heads of public finance offices in 14 districts and counties in Beijing, conducted a special inspection on the French medical insurance system. Through this study, we systematically and fully understand the history and current situation of the French medical insurance system and its management rules. We visited insurance companies, hospitals, clinics and retail pharmacies in the country. In combination with the actual situation of the reform of the medical insurance system in Beijing They discussed with the French counterparts about the relevant issues, especially the common problems common in the international medical insurance system.
