老报人方培恩从事新闻工作40余年,从办部队小报,到做《黑龙江青年报》、《中年报》的记者,再到《黑龙江日报》高级记者,他虽未上过大学(只读过4年私塾),也未受过训练,但在多年斯闻生涯中,他凭着勤奋与毅力,采写了很多有价值、有影响的优秀新闻作有着很多独特的采访经历和感受,积累了很多宝贵的采访经验。本刊从本期起,将陆续刊登恩同志在漫长的新闻生涯中的一些回忆文章,这些文章刻印着作者执著探求的脚步,在回音甘苦备尝的记者生涯的同时,也给我们新时代的记者以启发和教益本期刊发的是,作为全国最早采访王铁人的记音之一方培恩同志最初采访王铁人的经历。我们可以看列老一辈新闻工作者深入实际、深入基层、为获得生动的索材而锲而不舍,与采象交朋友的采访作风,几十年过去了,这种作风依然值得年轻的新闻工作者学习。
