目的总结新疆生产建设兵团农八师石河子市2010年SARS、人禽流感防治项目工作,梳理项目工作运行中好的经验,找出存在的问题及不足,为今后此项工作的顺利开展奠定基础。方法按照《农八师石河子市2010年SARS、人禽流感防治项目实施方案》,检查各项目单位执行情况。结果农八师石河子市所属16家医疗机构均开展了不明原因肺炎病例监测、排查和管理工作,全年无不明原因肺炎病例发生,但少数单位流于形式,缺少监测原始记录;市(区)举办业务人员培训班一期,14个团场均对所辖医疗机构的医务人员进行了轮训,资料欠完整、规范;完成暴露人群的流行病学调查问卷203份及6个监测团场职业暴露人群血清学监测203份,均为阴性。结论 2010年农八师石河子市SARS、人禽流感防治项目工作顺利完成,但仍存在一定的问题,需加强各级疾病预防控制机构与医疗机构的沟通与协作,同时医疗机构应加强内部自查及督办制度,将项目工作方案能落到实处,共同完成此项工作。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the 2010 SARS and bird flu prevention and control project of Shihezi, Nongbazhi, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, sort out the good experience in the operation of the project, identify the existing problems and deficiencies, and lay the foundation for the smooth development of this work in the future. Methods According to “Implementation Plan of SARS and Human Avian Influenza Prevention and Control Project 2010 in Shihezi, Nongba Teachership”, the implementation status of each project unit was inspected. Results Nongbazi Nongbizi Shihezi City owned 16 medical institutions have carried out the monitoring, investigation and management of cases of unexplained pneumonia, pneumoconiosis cases without obvious causes occurred throughout the year, but a few units were in the form of lack of monitoring the original records; city (district) The first batch of training courses for business personnel was held. All the 14 teams carried out the training of medical personnel in medical institutions under the jurisdiction with incomplete and standardized information. The epidemiological questionnaire for the exposed population was completed and 6 occupational exposure monitoring groups Serological surveillance of 203 people were negative. Conclusion In 2010, the project of prevention and control of SARS and bird flu in Shihezi, Nongba Teachers’ College was successfully completed. However, there are still some problems. It is necessary to strengthen the communication and collaboration between disease prevention and control agencies at all levels and medical institutions. At the same time, medical institutions should strengthen self-examination And supervision system, the project work program can be implemented, to complete this work.
