作者研究不同临床型的口腔粘膜扁平苔藓病人的局部免疫情况,确定局部免疫指标的相互关系。测定33例扁平苔藓病人唾液的下列指标:蛋白含量,溶菌酶含量,β-溶素、IgA、IgG、IgM和SIgA(分泌型IgA)浓度。并检查唾液分泌速度。对照组是20名健康人。检查结果不同临床型的扁平苔藓病人,唾液分泌速度都减慢,混合唾液溶菌酶含量减少,而IgA特别是SIgA浓度明显超过健康人。蛋白、β-溶素和IgG含量无明显异常。病人和健康人都未发现IgM。
The authors studied the local immunological status of patients with different clinical types of oral mucosal lichen planus and determined the relationship between the local immune parameters. The following indicators of saliva from 33 patients with lichen planus were determined: protein content, lysozyme content, β-lysin, IgA, IgG, IgM and SIgA (secretory IgA) concentrations. And check saliva secretion rate. The control group was 20 healthy people. Test results Patients with different clinical types of lichen planus, salivary secretion slowed down, mixed salivary lysozyme decreased, and IgA, especially SIgA concentrations significantly higher than healthy people. Protein, β-lysine and IgG content was not significantly abnormal. IgM is not found in both patients and healthy people.
