1 推行运转时差管理,确保设备正常运转 设备运转时差是指在批量引进工程机械的前期或施工环境明显变化时,使少量同类设备先期运转,与大量设备运转时间拉开较大距离。目的是通过少量设备捉前运转,使操作及管理人员熟悉该类设备性能、特点,及时掌握磨损规律,提出预防措施,为大量同类设备运转提供使用维修管理经验,始终保持设备的良好运转状态。时间差的长短与形成应根据不同工况确定。以下两种情况宜于实行时间差运转管理:
