自从认识了植物同工酶在高等植物中存在并积极参与各种生理活动后,用它作为遗传学研究手段正受到日益广泛的重视。不少学者试图通过测定杂种及其亲本的同工酶来早期识别亲本苗和杂种苗以及进行遗传变异分析。当前对于葫芦科作物同工酶的研究,在黄瓜属和南瓜属方面报道较多,对西瓜同工酶分析研究甚少。本试验测定了一些杂种及其亲本的叶片过氧化物酶同工酶,干种子酯酶同工酶和种子发芽期根尖多酚氧化酶同工酶,目的在于检验杂种与其亲本酶谱图式之间的异同,以探索其同工酶谱及酶活性的变化与西瓜杂种优势之间的相关性,研究亲本与杂种之间差异的分子基础。
Since recognizing the presence of plant isoenzymes in higher plants and their active participation in various physiological activities, it has received increasing attention as a genetic research tool. Many scholars try to identify parents and hybrid seedlings early and test genetic variation by measuring the isozymes of the hybrids and their parents. At present, the studies on the isozymes of Cucurbitaceae crops have been reported in the genus Cucurbita and Cucurbita, and little is known about the isozymes analysis of watermelon. In this study, we measured the peroxidase isoenzymes, dry-matter esterase isoenzymes and the apical polyphenol oxidase isoenzymes of some hybrids and their parents in order to test the patterns of the hybrids and their parents In order to explore the correlation between the changes of their isozymes and enzyme activities and the heterosis of watermelon and to study the molecular basis of the differences between parents and hybrids.
