传统的国有企业和现行的公司制企业其发展动力机制存在着泾渭分明之不同,由此作者总结了国有企业在公司化改制过程中客观上会面临“四大变化”和“四大压力”。
The traditional state-owned enterprises and the current company-owned enterprises have different development and motivation mechanisms. Therefore, the author concludes that the state-owned enterprises will objectively face “four major changes” and “four major pressures” in the process of corporatization and restructuring.
