卡波铂(carboplatin)是第二代铂化合物,用于治疗卵巢癌,并有望用于治疗小细胞肺癌、头颈部鳞癌及精原细胞瘤。本品与顺铂活性谱相似,与顺铂治疗卵巢癌的疗效相当。体外试验显示本品可增强辐射对肿瘤的作用,且对辐射引起的可能致死的损伤可抑制其恢复。温度提高到41.8℃可大大增强本品的细胞毒性。体内试验表明,试验的9个铂络合物(包括顺铂),单用时本品可使肿瘤磷酸化作用增强,但并不伴有健康肾及肝组织磷酸化作用的增强,表明本品对肿瘤有较大的选择性。
Carboplatin is a second-generation platinum compound used to treat ovarian cancer and is expected to be used in the treatment of small-cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and seminoma. This product is similar to cisplatin activity spectrum, and cisplatin treatment of ovarian cancer is quite effective. In vitro tests show that this product can enhance the role of radiation on the tumor, and the radiation-induced lethal damage may inhibit its recovery. The temperature increased to 41.8 ℃ can greatly enhance the cytotoxicity of this product. In vivo tests showed that the nine platinum complexes tested (including cisplatin), when used alone can make tumor phosphorylation enhanced, but not with the kidney and liver tissue increased phosphorylation, indicating that the product of Tumors have greater selectivity.
