电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定透析用水中18种元素

目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定透析用水中18种元素的方法。方法样品经硝酸酸化后用ICP-MS直接测定。结果在测定条件下,18种元素在各自的线性范围内相关系数均>0.999,检出限可达0.001μg/L~0.7μg/L;加标回收率为91.6%~120.0%;相对标准偏差<5.0%。结论该方法样品处理简单、快速,检测准确、灵敏度高,适用于透析用水中多种元素的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 18 elements in dialysis water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Methods The samples were acidified with nitric acid and then measured directly by ICP-MS. Results Under the conditions of the determination, the correlation coefficient of 18 elements in all the linear ranges was> 0.999, the detection limit was 0.001μg / L ~ 0.7μg / L, the recoveries were 91.6% -120.0%, and the relative standard deviations <5.0%. Conclusion The method of sample processing simple, fast, accurate detection, high sensitivity, suitable for the determination of a variety of elements in dialysis water.
