简要介绍了Rietveld方法,并引入该方法进行了钢中残余奥氏体定量相分析,探讨了该方法与传统X射线物相定量方法的特点,通过分析,发现Rietveld定量分析方法具有准确、高效和快捷等优点,尤其是它降低了择优取向造成的误差,此方法可作为钢中残余奥氏体定量分析的有益补充。
The Rietveld method is briefly introduced and the method for the quantitative analysis of residual austenite in steel is introduced. The characteristics of this method and traditional X-ray phase quantification method are discussed. It is found that Rietveld method is accurate and efficient In particular, it reduces the error caused by the preferred orientation. This method can be used as a useful complement to the quantitative analysis of residual austenite in steel.
