一、教师的素质是培养学生学习语文兴趣的前提俗话说得好,火车跑得快,全靠车头带。教师素质的高低直接影响着学生学习兴趣的大小。很难想象,一位知识匮乏、孤陋寡闻的老师,能让他的学生对自己所教的课程产生兴趣。特别是语文老师,没有丰富渊博的语文知识和过硬的思想品德修养做铺垫,是很难担当起语文教学的重担的。因此作为语文老师,必须加强自身的基本素质培养。一是要加强语文知识
