针对在用抽油机减速器普遍存在的渗漏油问题, 提出了一种新型减速器轴头密封结构。这种密封结构是将机械密封运用到轴头密封上, 在轴承端盖内部安装由动静环、O 形橡胶圈及弹簧等组成的机械动密封装置, 动密封件选用具有一定硬度和耐磨性的材料制成。现场试验表明,密封结构性能可靠, 使用寿命长, 对轴头无磨损, 功率损耗小, 从根本上杜绝了抽油机减速器轴头的渗漏油现象。
Aiming at the problem of leakage oil which is ubiquitous with the reducer of pumping unit, a new type of reducer shaft sealing structure is proposed.
