除了美国和韩国为中国发展文化产业提供了具体借鉴之外,世界其他文化产业强国——英国、法国、日本、德国等也为中国发展文化产业提供了宝贵经验。英国的文化产业英国的创意产业被定义为源于个体创造力、技能和才华的活动,通过知识产权的生成和取用,这些活动可以发挥创造财富和就业的潜力。英国的创意产业主要分为13个类别:广告、建筑、艺术和古董市场、手工艺、设计、时尚设计、电影、互动休闲软件、音乐、电视和广播、表演艺术、出版和软件。(见图1)
Apart from the specific reference provided by the United States and South Korea to the development of cultural industries in China, other powerful cultural industries in the world, such as Britain, France, Japan, Germany and the like, also provided valuable experiences for China to develop its cultural industry. Cultural Industries in the UK Creative industries in the UK are defined as activities that derive from the creativity, skills and talents of individuals that, through the generation and access to intellectual property, have the potential to create wealth and employment. The creative industries in the United Kingdom fall into 13 categories: advertising, architecture, art and antiques, handicrafts, design, fashion design, movies, interactive leisure software, music, television and radio, performing arts, publishing and software.
