随着信息产业的飞速发展,作为移动网增值业务的数据业务所占比重日益增加。在以NAS、GPRS为接入层、CMNET为业务承载层的网络构架上,WAP、短信、彩信、梦网邮箱、KJAVA等数据业务成为移动网络巨大的利益增长点。及时发现、处理数据业务系统运营中存在的网络故障,不断优化网络,改进数据网络的维护水平和维护手段,提高数据业务的服务质量已经成为新业务发展中获得优势的重要手段。
