本文用数学方法证明了三圆盘扭振系统的共振频率与阻尼之间的一一对应单值函数关系。在此基础上,提出了测定硅油减振器阻尼的共振法。此方法已在本文所介绍的实际系统中多次由实验结果所证实。 阻尼是影响硅油减振器特性的最重要的因素。用通常的方法很难测定它的阻尼。但是共振法能在不破坏硅油减振器的条件下,经济,方便,快速的测定它的阻尼,所以我们认为共振法在生产中是有重要意义的。
In this paper, we prove the one-to-one single-valued function relationship between the resonance frequency and the damping of the three disc torsional vibration system by mathematical method. On this basis, the resonance method for measuring the damping of silicone oil shock absorber is proposed. This method has been confirmed by the experimental results in the actual system introduced in this article. Damping is the most important factor affecting the characteristics of a silicone oil damper. It is difficult to measure its damping with the usual method. However, the resonance method can measure its damping economically, conveniently and rapidly without damaging the silicone oil shock absorber, so we think the resonance method is of great significance in the production.
