本文运用DEA模型和Malnquist指数,对安徽省2008年—2014年16个城市的农村公共物品供给的效率进行测度。结果显示,安徽省各城市村公共物品供给的全要素生产率呈增长趋势,农村公共物品供给的综合技术效率变动和纯技术效率变动、规模效率变动较为一致,公共物品的全要素生产率其变动主要受到技术进步变动的影响。在实证分析基础上,从供给侧结构性改革的视角下,提出相关政策建议。
In this paper, DEA model and Malnquist index are used to measure the efficiency of rural public goods supply in 16 cities in Anhui province from 2008 to 2014. The results show that the total factor productivity of public goods supply in cities and villages in Anhui Province shows an increasing trend. The overall technical efficiency of rural public goods supply changes and pure technical efficiency change, and the changes of scale efficiency are consistent. The changes of total factor productivity of public goods are mainly affected Impact of technological progress changes. Based on the empirical analysis, from the perspective of supply-side structural reforms, the relevant policy recommendations are put forward.
