皮脂囊肿也称粉瘤,病变位于皮肤内,系皮脂腺管闭塞、皮脂郁积所形成的一种滞留性囊肿。圆形、多发性皮脂囊肿多见于成年人的头、面和臀部。覆盖的皮肤与皮脂囊肿顶部紧密粘连而不能掀起,但皮脂囊肿的底部和下面的组织是不粘连的,常可任意推动。由于皮脂囊肿覆盖的皮肤菲薄,并相连紧密,因此给手术切除带来一定的困难。如果从囊肿表面切开皮肤或梭形切开,分离时容易剥破囊壁或遗留囊肿包膜,使囊肿不能完整地切除,往往造成术后复发。鉴
