The viewfinder is a box that frames one image from the real landscape. Photographers are always accustomed to the immediate scene in a box to enjoy. The scenery outside the box left to the viewer to imagine it. The photographer will choose a different box to observe, each box has its own unique characteristics, they will enlarge the scene, or reduce it, and sometimes they are square, sometimes narrow.
