How much is the social cost of corruption and dissolution of the old system really minimal? Some economists and academics in other disciplines in Beijing still publish their long-held view that using “corruption” to dissolve the old system is the least costly and most effective. I do not understand whether the system of using “corruption” should be the ultra-leftist system or whether the “transitional system” co-exists between the old and the new at present or not
