目的:建立HPLC法测定宁神补心片中齐墩果酸的含量。方法:采用Platisil ODS柱(250mm×5.0mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸(90:10,v/v),流速1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长210nm,柱温40℃。结果:齐墩果酸在0.175～1.225μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为97.26%,RSD=0.80%(n=9)。结论:该方法具有操作简便、方法可靠、结果准确,可用于宁神补心片中齐墩果酸的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of oleanolic acid in Ning Shen Bu Xin Xin Tablet. Methods: Platisil ODS column (250 mm × 5.0 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid (90:10, v / v) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. 40 ° C. Results: Oleanolic acid showed good linearity in the range of 0.175-1.225 μg with r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 97.26% and the RSD was 0.80% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple operation, reliable method and accurate result, which can be used for the determination and quality control of oleanolic acid in Ningshen Bushen tablets.
