本文立足于中美两国政府所关注的焦点问题,深入分析了两国政策动态及其背后的经济学动机,在经济学原理基础上最终运用OLS回归分析方法及长期博弈模型尝试得到中美汇率政策的长期均衡解。然后,结合我国当前的国内外经济背景,分析汇率变动对我国房地产市场的影响途径以及政府政策的均衡点,为相关部门提供实际的参考价值。
Based on the focuses of the governments of China and the United States, this paper analyzes in depth the policy dynamics of the two countries and their underlying economic motivation. Based on the principle of economics, this paper attempts to use OLS regression analysis method and long-term game model to get the Sino-American exchange rate Policy long-term equilibrium solution. Then, combined with the current domestic and international economic background of our country, this paper analyzes the impact of exchange rate changes on the real estate market in our country and the equilibrium point of government policies, and provides the relevant departments with practical reference value.
