自然保护区建设肩负着优化环境与促进发展的双重使命,目前面临千载难逢的历史机遇。从可持续发展的战略高度来看,加快西部地区自然保护区建设是改善我国生态现状的一项根本措施,也是实施西部开发的当务之急。新形势下西部地区自然保护区建设的新思路是:转变观念、拓宽领域,积极保护、促进发展,早划多划、逐步完善,为实现西部地区山川秀美、经济繁荣做出新的贡献。为落实新思路,提出8个方面的工作要求与任务。
The construction of nature reserves shoulders the dual mission of optimizing the environment and promoting development, and is now facing unprecedented historical opportunities. From the strategic height of sustainable development, speeding up the construction of nature reserves in western China is a fundamental measure to improve the ecological status quo in our country. It is also an urgent priority for the development of the western region. Under the new situation, the new thinking of the construction of nature reserves in Western China is to change concepts, broaden the field, actively protect and promote development, make plans in advance and improve gradually, and make new contributions to realizing beautiful mountains and rivers and economic prosperity in the western region. To implement the new ideas, put forward eight aspects of job requirements and tasks.
