目的为临床提供梨状孔和周边骨性结构的解剖学测量数据。方法20例成年男性国人新鲜湿性头颅标本,观测梨状孔的形态、高度、底边的宽度、顶角的角度、左右底角的角度、底边与牙槽嵴顶的距离以及与梨状孔和外鼻关系密切的鼻骨的长度、宽度和与眶内侧缘的距离。结果梨状孔的高度(纵径)为(27.47±3.16)mm,底宽(横径)为(25.23±2.23)mm,鼻骨内侧缘长度为(27.63±3.89)mm,梨状孔底中点至中切牙间牙槽嵴顶(上颌牙槽嵴中点)的距离为(20.44±2.16)mm,底角至上颌牙槽嵴顶的最小距离左侧为(21.84±2.05)mm,右侧为(22.37±2.25)mm。结论观测结果可作为临床上行该区域相关手术时参考。
Objective To provide clinically anatomical measurements of pear-shaped pores and peripheral bony structures. Methods Fresh wet skulls of 20 adult male Chinese were observed. The morphology, height, width of basal side, angle of vertex, angle of left and right base, distance between base and alveolar crest, The length, width, and distance from the medial orbital rim of the nasal bone closely related to the nasal and nasal passages. Results The height of the pear-shaped hole was (27.47 ± 3.16) mm, the width at the bottom was (25.23 ± 2.23) mm, the length at the medial margin of the nasal bone was (27.63 ± 3.89) mm, (20.44 ± 2.16) mm to the maxillary alveolar crest, and (21.84 ± 2.05) mm to the left of the maxillary alveolar crest. The right side (22.37 ± 2.25) mm. Conclusions The results of the observation can be used as a reference for clinical operation in this area.
