患者60岁,因左侧阴囊肿块进行性肿大半年,近2个月有下坠感且用抗生素无效而收入院。查体:左侧睾丸上部触及2cm×2cm包块,质稍硬,轻压痛。余无阳性体征。化验:血沉24mm/h,肝功(-),Hb129g/L,WBC4.9×10~9/L,N0.68,E0.05,L0.023,M0.04。胸部X线片、腹部B超、胸腹部CT及骨髓涂片均正常。术后病理:睾丸非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,免疫组化染色肿瘤细胞白细胞共同抗
