■从孔子的“和为贵”到荀子的“万物各得其和以生”,从柏拉图的“理想国”到康有为的“大同社会”,从空想社会主义者傅立叶的“全世界和谐”到欧文的“新和谐公社”,和谐始终是人类社会美好的向往与追求。■和谐社会的本质是维护公平正义,实现社会公正。和谐企业的本质,是文化和谐、利益和谐、发展和谐;而文化和谐是基础,利益和谐是关键,发展和谐是保证。■矛盾丛生、思想波动、牢骚满腹,建不成和谐企业;大起大落、发展失衡、决策失误,建不成和谐企业,只有实现了企业人际和谐与发展和谐的统一,才是和谐。

Harmonious development is a guarantee. ■ contradictions, thoughts fluctuate, complain, can not build a harmonious enterprise; ups and downs, the development of imbalance, policy-making mistakes, can not build a harmonious enterprise, and only realize the harmonious interpersonal harmony and development of enterprises is harmonious.
