前列腺畸胎瘤临床上罕见,文献报道甚少,我院曾收治1例,现报告如下。患者,男,50岁。以前列腺肥大尿潴留于1987年11月2日入院,同年3月以来自觉排尿不畅,有时发生排尿困难,一般对症治疗无效。体检:一般情况好。BP14.7/10.7kPa,心肺(-),腹软。膀胱充盈、局部轻度压痛,腹股沟淋巴结未触及。直肠指诊:前列腺Ⅲ°肿大,表面不光滑,中等硬,有明显压痛。实验室检查:常规正常。膀胱镜检查:膀胱内未发现肿物,输尿管口喷尿正常,前列腺向膀胱内突入,表面不光滑,呈大小不等囊性外观。
Prostate teratoma is clinically rare, rarely reported in the literature, our hospital had admitted to a case, are as follows. Patient, male, 50 years old. Prostatic hyperplasia urinary retention in hospital on November 2, 1987 admission, in March the same year, poor self-conscious voiding, sometimes dysuria, the general symptomatic treatment is invalid. Physical examination: the general situation is good. BP14.7 / 10.7kPa, cardiopulmonary (-), abdominal soft. Bladder filling, mild local tenderness, inguinal lymph nodes not touched. Rectal 指示: Prostate enlargement Ⅲ °, the surface is not smooth, moderately hard, with significant tenderness. Laboratory tests: normal normal. Cystoscopy: cyst was not found in the tumor, normal urinary tract excretion of urine, prostate into the bladder intrusion, the surface is not smooth, cystic appearance of varying sizes.
