将新型玄武岩纤维载体应用于生物接触氧化工艺,考察了载体生物膜特性、对污水处理效果及其主要影响因素.结果表明,基于绿色环保玄武岩纤维的新型载体制作方法简便,已具备生物载体的一般性能,对污染物的去除率随时间的增加而增加;pH=8~10时,COD的去除效果达到90%左右,pH呈中性时,NH3-N的去除率相对较好;当DO的质量浓度4~6 mg/L时,COD的去除效果较好,达到90%左右,NH3-N去除率也能达到50%;该载体生物膜对TP去除率效果不是很显著;对COD的降解率影响力依次为是COD、DO含量、pH、NH3-N含量;对NH3-N的降解率影响力依次为NH3-N含量、pH、DO含量、COD.“,”New carrier of basalt fiber was applied to biological contact oxidation process,and carrier biofilm characteristics,the sewage treatment effect as well as the main influence factor were investigated.The results show that the production method based on new green basalt fiber which has general performance as biological carrier is simple,the removal of pollutants increases following time;When pH=8~ 10,COD removal efficiency reaches 90%,the removal rate of NH3-N is relatively good when pH is neutral;When ρ(DO)=4~6 mg/L,COD removal effect is about 90%,NH3-N removal rate reaches 50%;The carrier biofilm on TP removal effect is not very significant;Influences of COD degradation rate,in turn,as COD,DO content,pH,NH3-N content;Influences for the degradation of NH3-N rate follow the sequence,NH3-N content,pH,DO content,COD.
