本文介绍了一个以 P204为萃取剂、锌粉为还原剂、在 PH=2的盐酸介质里,萃取分离高纯氧化铕中三价稀土杂质元素镨、钕、钐、钆。所得之镨、钕、钐、钆富集物、经氨水分离除锌,再经草酸沉淀、灼烧、称重,然后进行光谱测定的化学光谱测定方法。测定下限均可达0.0002%。用同位素示踪法对萃取流程做了鉴定,证明萃取率很好。方法操作简便快速。
In this paper, we introduce a method of extraction and separation of trivalent rare earth impurity elements praseodymium, neodymium, samarium and gadolinium in high purity europium oxide with P204 as extractant and zinc powder as reductant in hydrochloric acid medium with pH = 2. The resulting praseodymium, neodymium, samarium, gadolinium enrichment, ammonia and water after the separation of zinc, and then by oxalic acid precipitation, burning, weighing, and then spectrophotometric determination of chemical spectroscopy. Determination of the lower limit of up to 0.0002%. The isotope tracing method was used to identify the extraction process, proving that the extraction rate is good. Method is simple and fast.
