近年来,随着全国许多城市地铁的建设,轨道行业对人才的需求越来越大,各级各类学校轨道专业也迅速发展。但作为一个新专业,如何顺利快速的发展,通过校企合作这一有效途径,显然是最合适的。本文从作者所在单位这几年轨道专业建设的实际出发,着重对校企合作在专业建设过程中的不同方面作一梳理总结,旨在对同行有一借鉴。
In recent years, with the construction of metro in many cities in China, the demand for talents in orbit industry is getting larger and larger, and the orbital professional in all kinds of schools at various levels also develop rapidly. However, as a new major, how to develop smoothly and rapidly through the effective way of school-enterprise cooperation is obviously the most appropriate. Based on the actual situation of the orbital professional construction of the author’s unit in recent years, this article mainly summarizes the different aspects of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the process of professional construction, aiming to provide a reference for the counterparts.
