我国在社会经济得到不断发展的过程中也出现了许多经济纠纷,特别是关于意定动产担保物权方面的争议持续不断,目前针对该方面我国已经制定和推行了相关的担保物权法,但是具体来看现有的我国意定动产担保物权法还存在诸多问题,为了尽量填补这一法律漏洞,我国提出要建设一元化的意定动产担保物权法,本文就是针对这一背景,具体探讨和分析我国意定动产担保物权法的一元化。
