对隧道窑烧成段温度的监控是提高瓷砖产品质量的一个重要途径。本文从分析隧道窑温度分布及其控制参数入手,提出了控制温度分布和空气过剩系数的方法,并设计了一套实时的隧道窑温度计算机优化控制系统。
Monitoring of tunnel kiln temperature is an important way to improve the quality of tile products. Based on the analysis of tunnel kiln temperature distribution and its control parameters, a method to control temperature distribution and air excess coefficient is proposed. A set of real-time optimization computer control system of tunnel kiln temperature is designed.
