提出一种在立式铣床上倾斜圆盘铣刀近似加工大直径圆弧面的方法.应用坐标变换原理和空间曲线投影的方法进行分析研究,给出了铣刀盘倾斜角度与刀盘直径、弧面半径之间关系的基本方程,论证了倾斜圆盘铣刀近似铣削大直径圆弧面的基本理论,即用椭圆曲面近似拟合圆弧面.应用极差法,分析椭圆曲面近似拟合圆弧面的原理误差,给出了原理误差的相关计算公式,并通过实例计算证明原理误差小,可满足中等精度零件加工的要求.
A method of approximate machining large diameter circular arc surface on a vertical milling machine with inclined disk cutter is proposed. The principle of coordinate transformation and the method of spatial curve projection are used to analyze and study. The basic equation of the relation between cutter angle and cutter diameter and radius is given. It is proved that inclined cutter can approximate milling large diameter cutter Surface of the basic theory, that is approximated by the use of elliptic surfaces arc surface. The method of range method is used to analyze the principle error of elliptic surface approximation fitting arc surface, and the relative calculation formula of principle error is given. The example shows that the principle error is small, and the requirement of medium precision parts processing can be satisfied.
