目的研究香鳞毛蕨Dryopteris fragrans全草的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱法分离,通过理化鉴别及波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果从香鳞毛蕨全草分离得到了4个化合物,分别鉴定为2-乙基-5,7-二羟基-1′-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基色原酮苷(1)、牡荆苷(2)、异槲皮苷(3)、3-羟基-5-丙基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为香蕨色原酮A,化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物4为首次从该科植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dryopteris fragrans. Methods The compounds were separated by column chromatography and the compounds were identified by physico-chemical analysis and spectral analysis. Results Four compounds were isolated and identified as 2-ethyl-5,7-dihydroxy-1’-O-β-D-glucopyranosylcerophosphoglucoside (1) Vitexin (2), isoquercetrin (3), 3-hydroxy-5-propylphenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound, named Chaenomelagenone A. Compound 2 was isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 4 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
