军体教员是军校教员队伍中的特殊群体,是军校体育教学训练的直接组织实施者,他们以军校学员为劳动对象,以自身的言传身教为主要手段,以向学员传授军事体育知识和基本技能,增强学员的身体素质,强健学员的体魄,培养学员坚定的政治方向、顽强的意志品质和优良的战斗作风为劳动目的,是我军院校军体教学训练的重要力量,是军校学员体魄建设
The military instructors are special groups in the military instructors’ ranks. They are the direct organizers of the physical education training in the military academies. They take the cadets as the labor objects and their own precepts and practices as the main means to impart military sports knowledge and basic skills to the students. It is an important force for teaching and training military academies and schools in our military academies to enhance the physical quality of students, strengthen their physical stamina, cultivate students’ firm political orientation, tenacious will, and excellent combat style.
