目的 :探讨肾衰泻浊汤对慢性肾衰模型大鼠肾小管间质损伤的抑制作用。方法 :将 5 0只由腺嘌呤诱导慢性肾衰的大鼠模型分为 5组 ,4个治疗组予以肾衰泻浊汤防治 ,分析对比各组大鼠血THP浓度、尿NAG排泄量及肾组织PCNA阳性细胞数 ,评定肾小管间质病理损伤情况。结果 :各治疗组大鼠血THP浓度明显提高 ,尿NAG排泄量及肾组织PCNA阳性细胞数目明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,肾小管间质病理损伤有所改善。且血THP与Scr ,BUN呈显著负相关 ,尿NAG与SCr呈显著正相关。结论 :肾衰泻浊汤防治慢性肾衰的机制可能与抑制肾脏细胞增殖、减轻肾小管间质的病理损伤有关。
Objective : To investigate the inhibitory effect of Shenai Xiexian Decoction on renal tubulointerstitial injury in rats with chronic renal failure. METHODS: A total of 50 rat models of chronic renal failure induced by adenine were divided into 5 groups. The 4 treatment groups were treated with Shensai Xiezhuo Decoction. The levels of blood THP, urinary NAG excretion, and kidney were analyzed and compared between the groups. The number of PCNA-positive cells was organized to assess the pathological damage of tubulointerstitial tissue. RESULTS: The concentrations of THP in the rats in each treatment group were significantly increased, the urinary NAG excretion and the number of PCNA positive cells in the renal tissue were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), and the renal tubulointerstitial pathological lesions were improved. There was a significant negative correlation between blood THP and Scr and BUN. There was a significant positive correlation between urine NAG and SCr. Conclusion : The mechanism of Shensheai Xiezhu decoction in preventing and treating chronic renal failure may be related to inhibiting the proliferation of renal cells and reducing the pathological damage of tubulointerstitium.
