在我国住房问题日益严峻的问题背景下,国家开始大力发展公共租赁房建设,但是在公共租赁房发展中最重要的是融资困难的问题。为了解决这个问题文章通过比较我国香港地区、新加坡、德国、荷兰、美国等国家和地区成功推行公租房的融资实践,对我国公共租赁房建设融资问题进行了一些有益探索,提出政策建议。
Under the background of the increasingly serious housing problem in our country, the state began to vigorously develop the construction of public rental housing, but the most important issue in the development of public rental housing is the financing difficulties. In order to solve this problem, this article compares some financing practices of public rental housing in Hong Kong, Singapore, Germany, Netherlands, the United States and other countries and regions, and makes some useful explorations on the financing of public rental housing construction in our country.
