2008年10月到2009年1月间,受华夏文化纽带工程组委会秘书处委托,《科技智囊》杂志社和北京科技智囊信息技术中心选取了北京、上海、天津、石家庄、大连、沈阳、哈尔滨、济南、郑州、广州、深圳、成都、长沙、昆明、温州等15个城市的部分城市居民以及农村居民,就目前的全球金融危机对就业形势、预期收入、消费意愿、投资意愿和发展信心五方面的影响情况进行了随机抽样调查。
