目的 :了解应急作战部队官兵的肌肉暴发力情况 ,为制定合理的训练方法提供科学依据。方法 :对驻西北某应急作战部队 60 2名新、老战士 10 0m跑、原地投弹和立定跳远进行测试和比较的同时 ,并与全军和全区非应急作战部队以往研究资料进行比较。结果 :应急作战部队老兵 10 0m跑 ( 14.10± 0 .80s)、原地投弹 ( 38.99± 5.80m)和立定跳远 ( 2 .2 9± 0 .16m)成绩不但明显高于非应急作战部队 ,而且明显高于应急作战部队新兵 (P <0 .0 1) ;应急作战部队新兵除立定跳远 ( 2 .17± 0 .16m)外 ,10 0m跑 ( 15.0 3± 0 .97s)和原地投弹 ( 34 .4 7± 5.0 3m)成绩明显比以往非应急作战部队差 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :经一定时间的系统训练 ,应急作战部队士兵的肌肉暴发力明显优于非应急作战部队
OBJECTIVE: To understand the muscle outburst situation of officers and soldiers in emergency operations and to provide a scientific basis for formulating reasonable training methods. Methods: A total of 60 2 new veteran fighters in the northwest of the country were tested and compared with 10m long run, home-made missiles and standing long jumps, and compared with previous research data of non-emergency units in the whole army and the whole region. Results: The results of the 10m run (14.10 ± 0.80s), the native bomb (38.99 ± 5.80m) and the standing long jump (2.29 ± 0.16m) of the veterans of the emergency combat troops were significantly higher than those of the non-emergency combat troops (P <0. 01); the recruits of the contingent of the combat units of the emergency fighting forces, in addition to standing long jumps (2.17 ± 0.16m), the 10 0m race (15.0 3 ± 0.97s) and the in situ bombardment 34.4 ± 5.0 3m) was significantly worse than the non-emergency combat troops (P <0. 01). Conclusion: After a certain period of systematic training, the strength of the outburst force of the soldiers in the emergency combat troops is obviously better than that of the non-emergency combat troops
