On September 26, Yunnan Planning Commission and Yunnan Provincial People’s Government Economic Research Center jointly held a symposium on studying the spirit of the 15th CPC National Congress. Comrade Niu Shaoyao, the newly elected member of the 15th CPC Central Committee and vice governor of Yunnan Province, attended the forum and took the lead in talking about the experience of studying the spirit of the 15th Party Congress.
