OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Liangxue Guyuan decoction(凉血固元汤,LGD)on radia-tion-induced intestinal injury in rats,and the possi-ble underlying mechanism of action.METHODS:A total of 255 male Sprague-Dawley rats were used.15 rats were assigned to the control group and the remaining 240 rats were exposed to a 60Co source at a dose of 11 Gy.Irradiated rats were randomly divided into model,dexamethasone(DXM),low-dose LGD(LGDI),and high-dose LGD(LGDh)groups and treated for 11 d.The survival rate,weight of body,intestinal pathology and the expression of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),myeloid dif-ferentiation primary response 88(MyD88),and nu-clear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)were recorded.RESULTS:Radiation reduced the survival rate and weight of rats,destroyed the intestinal structure,in-duced an inflammatory reaction,and increased both protein and mRNA expression of TLR4,MyD88,and NF-κB in ileum.However,LGDh in-creased the survival rate,inhibited weight loss,alle-viated inflammation and improve the expression of TLR4 pathway.CONCLUSIONS:LGD increased the survival rate and inhibit weight loss of irradiated rats,and re-duced inflammation and intestinal injury.The un-derlying mechanism may involve regulation of the TLR4/MyD88/NF-KB pathway.

对贵州省现行主推家蚕品种贵蚕1号、华康2号其原种进行了1—2龄人工饲料育、3—5龄桑叶育,调查人工饲料育适应性。结果表明:贵蚕1号日系原种826×科明疏毛率均值92.14%,综合适应性得分74.80%,人工饲料的综合适应性最好;华康2号日系原种C-2×D-2、中系原种B-1×A-1疏毛率分别为71.52%、48.04%,综合适应性得分40.78%、30.37%,人工饲料的综合适应性弱;贵蚕1号中系原种新杭×827的疏毛率为16.82%,综合适应性得分7.80%,人工饲料的适应性最差。
2020年春季,河南省蚕业科学研究院对来自苏州大学的4对家蚕新品种进行了实验室鉴定实验。与对照品种菁松×皓月相比,参鉴品种蚕体健壮,发育整齐,食桑量大,好养,万头蚕产茧量以914×814品种较高,皓28白×JSB次之,万头蚕茧层量和万头蚕产丝量以404×308品种较高,解舒率和解舒丝长以914×816品种较好。
