对关节痛风性关节炎误诊结核1例分析如下。1临床资料男,36岁。2002年开始左足关节出现剧烈疼痛,不能着地,周期性发作,近几年有所缓解,2008年查尿酸无异常。穿刺为乳白色液体,未行进一步检查。近1 a左足第一跖趾明显红肿。查体:左足第一跖趾红肿明显,左足背、双肘、双足及右膝皮下可触及多个结节性包块。X线示左足第一跖趾骨质吸收
