选择和选择响应是应用数量遗传学研究的一个重要内容。在杂交育种的分离世代中,选择是得到优良株系的必要手段;在纯系或品种资源研究中,选择是得到优良纯系的唯一方法。国内外许多学者对动、植物育种进行过选择方面的研究,由于受试验条件的限制,有些研究的结果差异较大,有些甚至不能得到合理的解释。本研究用计算机模拟的方法,研究了选择的实质,影响选择响应的因素及选择前后遗传参数的变化等。本文的讨论条件与一般数量遗传学的条件相同。
Choosing and choosing responses is an important part of applying quantitative genetics. In segregating generations of hybrid breeding, selection is an essential means of obtaining good lines; in the study of pure lines or variety resources, selection is the only way to obtain good lines. Many scholars at home and abroad have made researches on the selection of animal and plant breeding. Due to the limitation of test conditions, the results of some researches are quite different and some of them can not even be explained reasonably. In this study, the method of computer simulation was used to study the essence of selection, the factors that affect selection response and the changes of genetic parameters before and after selection. The conditions of this article are the same as those of general quantitative genetics.
